About the Event

UCL Institute for Innovation and Public Purpose, in collaboration with the Women Leaders in Finance Platform and the IIPP Strategic Economic Alliance, will convene a hybrid panel on how financial systems can better serve the common good. The discussion will explore the role of public policy and regulation in shaping finance that supports inclusive and sustainable outcomes.

Sustainable finance has gained momentum, but its impact remains uneven. This panel will examine how financial governance, incentives, and risk-sharing can help shift finance away from short-termism and inequality, and toward more transformative change.
